So there I am just working along (I do work; sometimes) and "WHAM" the email server goes down. So here I am thinking, ok, now what? Well maybe I should update my site...
Things have been fairly busy over the last little bit. I ended up getting a promotion into Tier III support for our Intrusion Prevention product IntruShield. This means that I go straight to the coders who make the stuff for answers. We are still in the process of making my transition to the new roll, so for now it is double duty for me. I have been working on a few client issues that are taking a bunch of my time. Fortunately, I think we are making some progress...
At any rate, I have been working on preparing my talks for CSI 31 in November. Ash and I are probably going to make a weekend trip out of it. School is going good, tomorrow is night 4 of 5 for my current class. Once I get this one done, I will only have 4 more classes. I will be so glad when this is all done and I actually have my frickin degree.
Well email is back up, time to get back to work...
